Is a business license required for a home business in Phoenix or Glendale or Scottsdale Arizona?

I am talking about Real Estate agents, a Mary Kay Conultant or a Pampered Chef Consultant? You had better make sure because if there is a requirement to have a business license and you don't have one, there can be big fines.

You have been warned.

I don't believe that you need one for Mary Kay because we are under the Mary Kay umbrella for tax purposes though we are independent to run our businesses to our liking but based off of their guidelines. No Mary Kay consultants don't need a business license.
